I had a full building survey carried out by Silverstone as a first time buyer. My initial contact was with Richard, he called me the day after sending a quote request.
All contact was polite and helpful. The survey itself was carried out in a quick timeframe. It was to a very high quality, with 99 pages of useful information, with images etc. It was also well presented.
Lastly the price was very good. "Cheapest" is not the way to go on a survey, but the price was definitely a bonus.
I would use Silverstone again if I'm in need of a survey.
